This 60 minute vinyasa krama practice focuses on movements and asana to stabilize the body, open and relax the limbs in preparation for akarna dhanurasana (the shooting bow pose). Moderately invigorating class inspired by a torrential thunderstorm and how something as subtle as wind can be moved into a great force to change the whole world around us! Just so is Akarna Dhanurasana- requiring both great fortitude and subtle awareness.
