Influenced primarily by the teachings of Krishnamacharya in the tradition of Vinyasa Krama classes emphasize the link of breath, movement and overall peace of mind.

This practice is a well rounded foundational yoga practice focusing on vinyasas and asana for whole body wellness and relieving low back tension. It may be helpful to have a bolster, blanket or an extra rolled yoga mat for pranayama.
